Havruta 24×18″ Oil on canvas
$200.00
Our prints are the very highest quality available. Our lab uses pigment printing which is the standard for fine art prints and is archival 200+ years. The paper has a heavy weight and is coated with baryta, which makes for greater detail and definition, extended tonal range and provides a semi-gloss sheen that makes the image exceedingly vibrant. The prints are all standard frame sizes making them easy to frame. We ship them flat in protective packaging so that they will not bend.
Custom sized prints are available upon request!

In Jewish tradition it is customary, when learning Talmud or Torah, to do so with a partner, or Havruta (Chavrusa). This has been Jewish tradition for centuries; in the Beit HaMikdash and the study halls of the Yeshivot (schools that focus on Talmud, Halacha and Torah learning). Learning sessions are generally led by a Rabbi after which people pair off into Chavrutot to analyze, argue, dissect and try to discern the details of the passage at hand and its broader meanings; the inside meaning and outside meaning. There are, of course, endless ways to interpret text and by using other references in the Gemara and Mishnah and commentaries, this partnership allows for highly exhilarating Jewish learning!
